Whether a signature holistic workshop or one laser-focused on addressing a specific workplace challenge, our highly experiential programs are designed to significantly improve your culture. The Aligned Leadership Development Series: Individual, Team, and Organizational Alignment. Centered on Emotional Intelligence (EQ) theory and The Aligned Leadership Model as foundational frameworks, this science-backed programming is progressive and focused on building the competencies everyone needs to succeed in the ever-changing complex landscape of our times. Participants begin by developing self-awareness and personal alignment expanding their capacity to meaningfully lead, ultimately gaining the strategic mindset and transformative capacity to contribute to and cultivate high-impact organizational systems and cultures from wherever they sit organizationally.

- AL1: Evolving into Aligned Leadership | for everyone Rooted in the premise that everyone is a leader regardless of title, this foundational program provides a unique inner-exploration opportunity for anyone called to create meaningful impact while navigating the ongoing uncertainties and complexities of the modern workplace and life. This transformative experience invites participants to journey through the Aligned Leadership Model TM to activate greater Presence, Authentic Voice, and Courageous Action. The framework and practices bring together the most current research in emotional intelligence (EQ), neuroscience of change, co-created leadership, and whole system wellness. All of it culminates in a Personal Road Map to support sustained action.

- AL2: Aligned Leadership and High-Performance Work Teams | for people and/or function leaders This experience empowers team leaders to unlock the full potential of their teams. By aligning their leadership style with the team's strengths and goals, leaders will learn to inspire, motivate, and guide their teams towards sustained high performance, while promoting continuous learning and growth. Through a comprehensive exploration of team dynamics, effective communication strategies, and performance-driven leadership approaches, participants will gain the skills and tools to foster an environment of trust, collaboration, and accountability.

- AL3: Aligned Leadership and High Impact Cultures | for senior leaders This immersive six-month program equips senior leaders with the strategic capabilities and transformative mindset required to align their function and leadership approach with their organization's higher purpose and vision in service of whole ecosystem health. Using a Leadership 360 process as a foundation, and through the exploration of innovative leadership paradigms, systems thinking principles, and regenerative practices, participants will gain the cultural intelligence and change management competencies to successfully contribute to and lead organizational change in a way that inspires participation and transforms outcomes.

- AL4: Aligned Leadership and Transformative Organizations | for executive leadership teams Using a proprietary Culture + Values Study as the foundation, this year-long program is designed to equip executive leaders with the strategic mindset, inclusive and relevant data, and systems-shaping resources that drive engagement, collaboration, and continuous responsible improvement. Supported by ongoing group coaching, the application of best practices within the broader ecosystem are designed to cultivate and sustain a high-functioning, high-performing, high-impact culture that recognizes the sum is greater than its parts.

- Workplace Wellness Resources: As Luvvie Ajayi Jones says "Everyone's wellbeing is community business!". This programming is materially different yet equally important to our Aligned Leadership work. While it philosophically draws upon the tenets of EQ and how to apply them to self and others, it recognizes and honors the specialized nature of wellness and the current challenges employers and employees are facing together (isolation, burnout, and deterioration of trust at the core). This is proven to hold back creativity, connection, and openness. Providing targeted support and tools helps equip the team to meet its full potential.

- Six Steps to Activating Mental Wellness in Times of Uncertainty This 90-minute all-staff experience is foundational, guiding participants through six transformative steps, each building on the last to create a holistic approach to dealing with stress and uncertainty. The content follows a crucial path to be with – as opposed to checking out from – what they are experiencing. This allows for greater clarity (and resilience) while deepening relationships and connections with others through shared experiences. Pre-session communication includes an overview of the components we'll be exploring. Add-on monthly group coaching-style check-ins are also available.

- Being with Workplace Wellness for Leaders. This 60-minute add-on to the All-Staff experience explores what leaders are experiencing within their team, what they witnessed in the session, how they are coping, and the impacts. We'll unpack national health data for context while considering tools and strategies to contribute to a healthier work environment. Real-world leadership challenges such as strategies to create a culture of wellness while maintaining professional boundaries are explored.

- Take a Beat for Wellness with Shalonda & Kym Our donation-based drop-in online session is an "open to all, come as you are" offering the 4th Wednesday of each month aimed at supporting the workforce at large. - Bringing Mission, Vision, & Values to Life: Beyond "words on a wall". Using Mission, Vision, and Values as a starting point, all other efforts align to these critical guideposts that are clear motivational factors, when applied properly. Workplaces often take a segmented approach to leadership development and organizational culture, which miss the significant opportunities these foundational elements offer! Allow your team to find their individual voice within the context of the organizational voice, creating personal connections to and meaning with their day-to-day work environment. - The Easy Path Outdoor Experience: Breakthrough limiting beliefs and relieve stress by dropping out and connecting with nature during this 4-hour outdoor team experience! Our scouted Bay Area locations are proven to enable participants time to identify true sources of stress and tools for letting it all go - creating space for inspired and aligned action! - Beyond the Respectful Workplace: Fostering a Values-Driven Culture (CA-AB1825 + NY State compliant, among others) The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) says it best: "An organization’s commitment to a harassment-free workplace must not be based on a compliance mindset, and instead must be part of an overall diversity and inclusion strategy.” Our 2-hour training empowers all employees to implement practical tools and strategies that contribute to a workplace everyone is proud to be a part of, while meeting anti-harassment legal training requirements. The program delves into the complexities of harassment, addressing its definitions, impacts, and the underlying cultural and power dynamics that contribute to its prevalence in the workplace. Beyond theoretical knowledge, real-world application is explored for navigating situations from various perspectives, including those experiencing harassment, witnesses (aka bystanders), and potential offenders. Moreover, we integrate the organization's mission, vision, and values into the session emphasizing their role in shaping a respectful, harassment-free environment. By aligning behavioral decision-making with organizational norms, our workshop promotes a culture of accountability, mutual respect, and a commitment to creating positive change within the workplace.
