Following, a 90-minute 1:1 debrief with a certified professional coach ensures an opportunity to process the results with an objective 3rd party, commencing with a solid action plan for leveraging strengths and addressing gaps and/or blind spots. Coaching to support the leader in achieving these objectives is next, either by us or another trusted 3rd party. This is applied individually and at the team level depending on what will best serve the organization.
